Not after bfa and shadowlands, which were both annoying and tiresome, too. Outside of raiding you find another boring barebones expansion and I won't stick around this time. WoW was not built to be an esport, yet the only content those devs care for is raiding. I find this rush rush gameplay tiring and unrewarding. I’ve unsubbed after just 2 weeks of Dragonflight. Standard features like player housing for example is still non-existent in this game. Meaning the devs just keep on ignoring the obvious faction imbalance, which they costs. We still can't play with the other faction, stuff like guilds, lfr, lfd etc. The lore is very bad and just ignores old lore, instead of fixing all the mistakes of the last two expansions. I don't want to compare it to real life events, but the whole racial segregation concept in wow. Playable races are still stricly seperated, meaning you have to look a certain way, to be in one of the 2 playable factions. Seemingly Blizzard only adds some new options for their own fav races. Some races have almost no customization at all. Far behind with customization options, meaning still no sliders and such. They tried to sell us a new race, which in reality is a worgen reskin and female human and male blood elf for visage form. They tried to sell us a new race, which in reality is a worgen reskin and female human and Dragon riding was stolen from Guild Wars II. … Expandĭragon riding was stolen from Guild Wars II. It is clear that Blizz is unable or unwilling to adapt and Blizzard has failed (or do not want to) see that gamers have changed and the days of spending 20-30 hours per week raiding and similar are over. It adds nothing of value for solo players while providing nothing of value for players who already out gear the content. This patch, which took roughly 12 hours to implement is buggy, laggy and messy. Update: Stuck around until 10.5 "content" patch. I will likely quit this expansion again soon.

WOW cannot seem to keep up or adapt or include options for emerging player markets and it has demonstrated this in year over year decline. I was hopeful that DF would incorporate more solo/open-world play and similar but that just isn't the case. My career and home life dictate that I cannot raid for hours on end or even really dedicate as much to the game as I used to. I quit SL in April of 2021 and the hope of Dragonflight brought me back.

My career and home life dictate that I cannot I wanted to like it.
